Volunteering

We are seeking a small team of dedicated student volunteers to assist with conference operations. Volunteers will support various tasks, including:

  • Managing the information desk and assisting delegates
  • Stocking and handling conference merchandise
  • Coordinating presentation delivery with the IT team
  • Helping attendees navigate the venue
  • Acting as microphone runners during sessions

Volunteers will need to contribute the equivalent of one full conference day, with shifts spread across the five-day event. While we will do our best to avoid scheduling conflicts, volunteers may need to coordinate with each other to swap shifts if necessary.

We will review all submissions and possibly invite shortlisted candidates for an interview call, after which a final decision will be made. Selected volunteers will receive a partial (or full) reimbursement of their registration fees at the conference itself in cash.

You may submit your application through this form (email requests will not be accepted): https://forms.gle/jMJ6as5JjJvysh8w7

The deadline for applications is 15 December 2025. Shortlisting and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, and final selections will be announced by 6 February 2026

Note: While all eligible student applications are welcome, priority will be given to students from SAARC countries (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka) and from low- and lower-middle-income countries (as classified by the World Bank, View the full list here.) to support broader regional representation.
