Your registration fee includes full access to all five days of the conference (4 – 8 May 2026), covering all scientific sessions, keynote lectures, and side events. It also includes a welcome reception, daily lunches, and tea breaks.
For 1-day pass holders, access is limited to the selected day's sessions, with lunch and tea breaks included.
Accompanying persons are not permitted. All attendees must register as either presenting or non-presenting participants. Only registered participants with official badges will be granted entry to the venue.
All payments will incur a processing fee of 4%. Registration will be charged in LKR and USD rates are listed for reference only.
* A 20% registration discount is available for all national, SAARC and low-income participants (students or professionals) who have an accepted abstract or are leading a symposium.
SAARC countries include Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan (and Sri Lanka - but please see national rates for Sri Lankans). Low-income countries are those classified as “low-income” or “lower-middle-income” by the World Bank. View the full list here.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your registration, please send a written request via email to cancellations@si2026.org
Cancellations made on or before 15th March 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.
