Volunteering

We are seeking a small team of dedicated student volunteers to assist with conference operations. Volunteers will support various tasks, including:

• Managing the information desk and assisting delegates
• Stocking and handling conference merchandise
• Coordinating presentation delivery with the IT team
• Helping attendees navigate the venue
• Acting as microphone runners during sessions

Volunteers will need to contribute the equivalent of one full conference day, with shifts spread across the five days of the event. While we will do our best to avoid scheduling conflicts, volunteers may need to coordinate with each other to swap shifts if necessary.

As a token of appreciation, volunteers will receive an additional registration discount.
